They charged me, posted that the item had shipped, but never sent anything. Ordering here is a complete waste of time. I’m contacting my credit card company and contesting the charge.

The staff is always down to earth and friendly. As a Vegas local, it is good to see the will-call option available for most items again, as pandemic restrictions have been lifted. They always have great deals and even more so when they have promo codes or tent sales. I'm definitely looking forward to the next one!

Excellent experience, I've used Botach for years and they haven't let me down once, even letting me do returns on items I mistakenly ordered. I recommend to all my friends and family.

I've used Botach for a number of years now. The variety and price has always been great. The gear selections are better than most and customer service has been courteous and usually prompt.

I’ve been a loyal customer from when they were in LA and now in Vegas. I’d go to the invite events for customers at the LA shop and some day will get back for a visit in Vegas for a parking lot sale. Nothing but top notch gear and customer service. They’ve always gone out of their way to help wherever and whenever they could. Couldn’t ask for a better group of people.

The best store when looking for anything tactical gear related. Best customer service by far. Prices are extremely fair, especially when they have sales. Items ship fast so your not waiting forever for your stuff!! Will continue to use botach

I give this company one star because there's no way to rate them with anything less. I placed an order on the 10th of the month for items they claimed were in stock. On the 13th I received an email stating the order had shipped. After accessing the tracking number I could see that a label had been created but the package had not been handed off to the carrier. I have contacted their "customer service" department (several times) who state, once a label is created there's no way to cancel an order. They say I can refuse the delivery and get refunded, but can't tell me how long that may be. It is now the 30th and the tracking info still states the package has not been received by UPS. This is just a way to indefinitely keep a customer in limbo. I can't get my package and I can't cancel it for a refund. I wish I could give them a negative star rating, which is disappointing because I heard this was a reputable company at some point.

ZERO STARS... Horrible online service! I payed overly expensive shipping at over $20 for a small light item, and item has NOT shipped and has been marked as "Label Created" for nearly 2 weeks! UPS told me it has not been received/shipped out. Only "Label Created"...**AND HERES THE CLINCHER...>>>...>>>. Botach marks it as "Shipped" on their website THE DAY I ORDERED! That is a BOLD faced LIE! 100% DISHONESTY. It has NOT shipped. Such a low dishonest practice. Customer Service? No, doesn't exist. Emails go completely unanswered and ignored. So, that's a big waste of time. But no worries, they have a incredible efficient system for taking your money, immediately. That part is VERY reliable for them. However, fulfilling orders, fair shipping costs and customer service... well... Good luck on those! I will never do business with the crooked dishonest practices at "Botach" again and I am in the process of trying to get my money back. Go read their google reviews!

Ordered an item, $18 shipping for flat rate USPS. Took 10 days for the item to arrive (fault of the USPS). On arrival, one of the earpieces was dead. I emailed CS, as you cannot call. After two business days I received the response: “ I am sorry to hear this doesn't work. We kindly ask that you contact the Manufacturer as this item has a 1 year warranty on it. They will be happy to get this fixed for you.”
Despite a “return policy” they will not exchange or refund defective merchandise. I highly recommend using a different retailer.
**edit to response. This is an exact representation of the order details. I have every email to prove. I had to resolve the issue with the manufacturer, who was very good to deal with.

Sent the wrong size and will not take back item nor exchange it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are horrible and I am just thankful I am only out $400. Save yourself the aggravation!
